After penning an article skeptical about the economics of currently proposed carbon regulation, Dr. Marlo Lewis received this email from the president of the American Council on Renewable Energy, an organization which counts the EPA, DoE, DoA, DoC and USDA among its members. Some US senators are asking gov't members to reconsider their membership.
